After ten years, it’s time for a new look. The result of an intensive discussion process and numerous comparisons – including with posters from the past – is something we (quite proudly) present here. And as is customary at the Science Ball, in an English (blue) and a German (red) version. Inspired by a kaleidoscope, the poster opens up a wealth of possibilities for association. You can find out more about the designers, Anna Hazod and Isabella Schlagintweit, in the profile by ball editor Flora Neubert. And because the Science Ball is always good for a surprise, you’ll find an Easter egg in the next paragraph.
Augmented Reality is part of Hazod and Schlagintweit’s concept: Working with the animation studio Maresch & Sturm, they created an animation that viewers themselves generate. Simply download the Artivive app from the App Store. Scan the poster or the cover of the ball magazine. And then prepare to be amazed.
